COVID-19 Temporary Policies

We are currently open our regular business hours.

In an effort to contain the COVID-19 virus we are asking if you personally are ill to remain at home. If you need care for your pet, please call us and we will see what kind of arrangements can be made to help you.

We encourage limiting appointments to sick and urgent matters at this time. Annual vaccinations and other routine appointments should wait until restrictions are lifted.

If you have an appointment, we ask that you please call upon your arrival to our parking lot. Let us know that make and color of your car and if you are in the front or back parking lot. Please wait in your car until a staff member comes out for your pet. We are not allowing people in the building – after examination, the doctor will either call you on your cell or come out to you to discuss your pets care and/or treatment.

If you are coming by to pick up prescription food or medications, we ask that you please call ahead so we can get your items ready in advance. We also ask that you pay via credit card over the phone. When you arrive in our parking lot, please call and will deliver the food or medication to your car.

You can also order prescription food and medications through our online pharmacy and have them shipped directly to your door.

Surgeries

Surgeries will be limited during this time in order to conserve our resources for emergencies. We will make decisions on a case by case basis.

Staff Policy

We are requiring all staff members who are not feeling well to stay home for the recommended self-quarantine period. To date, we have no known exposure to COVID-19 within our staff.
Please be aware that we have strengthened our cleaning protocols to disinfect the waiting room and exam rooms more frequently with hospital grade disinfectant
